ABOUT THIS POSITION

Alice Lane Home Collection is looking for a motivated individual who can leverage their life experiences and insights to enhance our customer engagement and product offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a keen eye for design, and a talent for merchandising. This is a part time position.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet clients and establish their needs.

  • Generate business by presenting, promoting, and suggestive selling our product.

  • Build customer relationships.

  • Partner clients with our home furnishings team when appropriate.

  • Assist with styling & merchandising the sales floor to create an inspiring and beautiful environment.

  • Help with receiving product, opening freight, and organizing backstock in the stockroom.

  • Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Prior retail sales experience is required (home furnishings experience is preferred).

  • Merchandising and/or design experience is a plus.

  • Exceptional customer service skills.

  • Detail oriented

  • Must be highly motivated and a self-starter.

  • Strong computer skills required.

  • Great communicator with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

This position is located at our showroom in Draper, Utah.
