ABOUT THIS POSITION
Alice Lane Home Collection is looking for a motivated individual who can leverage their life experiences and insights to enhance our customer engagement and product offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a keen eye for design, and a talent for merchandising. This is a part time position.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet clients and establish their needs.
Generate business by presenting, promoting, and suggestive selling our product.
Build customer relationships.
Partner clients with our home furnishings team when appropriate.
Assist with styling & merchandising the sales floor to create an inspiring and beautiful environment.
Help with receiving product, opening freight, and organizing backstock in the stockroom.
Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work environment.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Prior retail sales experience is required (home furnishings experience is preferred).
Merchandising and/or design experience is a plus.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Detail oriented
Must be highly motivated and a self-starter.
Strong computer skills required.
Great communicator with strong problem-solving skills.
Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
This position is located at our showroom in Draper, Utah.
